Abzir (Persian: ابزير)[a] is a village in Sardasht Rural District[5] of Rudasht District[b] in Lordegan County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.

Ethnicity

The village is populated by Lurs.[7]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 954 in 175 households, when it was in the Central District.[8] The following census in 2011 counted 1,161 people in 239 households.[9] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,306 people in 284 households,[3] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the formation of Talayeh District.[10][c]
