Career
CaseOh is from Arkansas. He was inspired by watching the esports organization OpTic Gaming and its member Nadeshot to start livestreaming.[3] Unsatisfied with his two jobs—as a maintenance man for a nursing home, where he worked with his father, and as a lawn mower[3]—CaseOh began streaming online in September 2022 at the suggestion of his mother and father,[4] and posting clips of himself playing the video game NBA 2K23 on TikTok.[3] CaseOh became popular in the "Just Chatting" category on Twitch by late 2024, largely through TikTok clips he posted.[5] As of March 2026, he was the seventeeth most-followed channel on Twitch with 8.2 million.[6] CaseOh's cat, Kitty, was added as an accessory in the Roblox game Dress to Impress in 2024.[7] Starforge Systems also released a gaming PC build designed by CaseOh and inspired by Kitty.[8] CaseOh partnered with controller accessories brand KontrolFreek to release custom "Kitty Edition" thumbsticks, which were also designed after his cat.[9] He provided the voice of a news anchor in the 2024 video game Fears to Fathom: Woodbury Getaway. By September 2024, he had more than five million YouTube subscribers.[10]
CaseOh helped to popularize the beta version of the video game Schedule I by 2025 through his playthroughs, including on TikTok, and an Easter egg featuring a graffiti portrait of him was added to the game in April 2025.[11] By October 2025, CaseOh had more than eight million subscribers on YouTube and more than two million on his second channel, MoreCaseOh. He became known for his humorous gameplays of the games Waterpark Simulator and Minecraft and of various indie horror games.[12][13]

At the 2024 Streamer Awards, CaseOh won the Streamer Award for Variety Streamer and was nominated for Gamer of the Year and Best Breakthrough Streamer.[14][15] At the following year's ceremony, he won the awards for Gamer of the Year and Best Variety Streamer.[16] He also won the Game Award for Content Creator of the Year during its 2024 ceremony.[17] In 2024, he was cited by other online streamers, including Morgpie and Hannahxxrose, as one of the most prominent online streamers at the time alongside IShowSpeed, Ironmouse, and Kai Cenat.[5] Author Nathan Grayson said in 2025 that he had gained "immense popularity" on Twitch.[18]
CaseOh has been vocal about his disdain for Kendrick Lamar's music, calling it "disgustingly overrated" after his performance at the Super Bowl LIX halftime show in 2025.[19] Since beginning his streaming career, viewers have commented on CaseOh's obesity, of which he has stated does not "get to him". Ian Teigen of Polytechnic School student newspaper The Paw Print highlighted that CaseOh has contributed to body positivity in an industry dominated by social stigma of obesity.[20]
