"Pianeti" (transl.Planets) is a song by Italian singer-songwriter Ultimo. It was released on 6 October 2017 by Honiro as the fourth single from the self-titled first studio album.[1][2]

The singer-songwriter spoke about the song as follows:[3]

"The album's single. The album's title. Many of you have asked me why I chose this... I've always been a dreamer... and I've never wanted to lose my desire to escape. Let me explain. The world is too small for me; it's a place full of useless beliefs that most people hold onto. I don't, or at least utopianly speaking. I try to convince myself that I'm as far from reality as possible. There hasn't been a day in God's creation that I haven't lost myself in fantasy. Love is known, some don't say it, but it's known to be the driving force behind everything... and when I found myself unable to show it the way I wanted, and it wasn't being received the way I wanted, I decided to write a song about waiting (as Emanuele Pisano's stunning video can confirm). I chose not to choose. Knowing that at least in my imagination, what in the world is a simple stone, I can transform into a planet.
