Ridership data
Is there any reason that this article does not have year over year ridership data? Many articles about amtrak routes, like the cascades, have data tables with every year of ridership. It seems a bit odd that this article doesn't. Does anyone know where such data might be found? On a similar note, once the data is found, the graph in the ridership section could use updating. - A good question, but keep in mind that Wikipedia is not a collection of statistics, per WP:NOTSTATS. If someone is going to create a listing of Amtrak ridership by year for many years the table should be placed in a separate article and summarized in the main article. // To answer your second question — you can find years worth of Amtrak ridership data by carefully viewing the appropriate amtrak.com webpage over the past 20+ years on archive.org, of you can simply ask an AI bot for the data and then ask the bot for the citations.
