can someone find "Kißenger" in the Internet pls

Legitimacy

The sentence "In his doctoral dissertation, Kissinger first introduced the concept of "legitimacy"" might need some work or better support, Kissinger isn't even mentioned in the article for Political legitimacy and the term originated far before him.
