A few people have already stated and I'm continuing the thread. I would suggest you please remove "myth" and "parable" everywhere and replace it with a different word because this whole article makes it seem like a fairytale and I came here to research about the Tower of Babel and learn more about its biblical connection, not to act as a full-time editor because some random writer decided to view this event as a myth and a parable. https://www.icr.org/article/what-happened-at-tower-babel/ XAmDianaX (talk) 01:16, 6 January 2025 (UTC)

Modern scholarship has a bias that does not reflect the view held by many, of Genesis being an inspired and sacred text that describes what really occurred in an accurate and concise manner. - "accepted by western civilisations for over 2000 years" See, idiots can make mistakes for 2 millennia and still be corrected by the findings of archaeology, history, and common sense. - You are being disrespectful. Furthermore, if a committee determined that the appropriate term was myth, then it seems the committee was also being disrespectful. It is entirely possible to present the information without asserting it to be verified truth and without the use of such words. For example, it could be described as a Bible story, not corroborated by archeological evidence. The continuing references could be to "story" rather than myth.
- It is VERY difficult to prove a negative. I don't think you can prove that it didn't happen.
- Besides inclusion in the Christian Bible, Genesis is included in the Jewish Torah, but under the name "In the Beginning." There are many people who place their religious faith in the content of the Bible or Torah. Calling that content "myth" insults these faith beliefs. MissMartha8 (talk) 04:47, 28 September 2025 (UTC)

Greetings.
First off, I do not agree or disagree with the position shown in the articles I will link. They are merely for reference as images (I have no idea how to link to images themselves). With that, should this page in any way mention the infamous (I myself do not know if it was fabricated or real) EU Tower Of Babel poster?
