I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi 7804j. Thank you for your work on Paleopathology in Switzerland. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thank you for the article. It is slight odd to have a page on this topic, given that the lede says that it 'remains underdeveloped compared to other countries' ... yet we do not have country-specific pages for other countries. Regardless, there are sources to support the content. Overall, the Bibilography is long compared with the reference list, and it would be better to build more of the content from cited sources, rather than just to list them in a bibliography. It would also help readers to have the bibliography filled-out use the 'cite journal' and 'cite book' templates, which can provide readers to links out to the sources.

Ways to improve European Convention on the Adoption of Children
Hello, 7804j,
Thank you for creating European Convention on the Adoption of Children.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Notable subject, but would be good to get more reception from 3rd party sources about the reception and implementation of this convention
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Shushugah}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Albert Benteli (professor) moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Albert Benteli (professor). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Junbeesh (talk) 07:40, 25 April 2026 (UTC)

Emil Zschokke moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Emil Zschokke. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no indication of notability of the subject, it is a poor translation and it has too many errors of formatting. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 04:15, 8 May 2026 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for May 13
An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Secularization (church property), a link pointing to the disambiguation page Radicalism was added.

Minor issue (not bad)
See User_talk:Srr9810#Your_translations_and_my_educational_activities. Seems we are overlapping slightly - maybe because I am increasingly telling my students to translate GA/FA content. Any thoughts how we can ensure this doesn't happen? I am thinking of telling my students to check if the entry is on that list, but there are some issues to figure out. 1) my assignment takes 3-4 months, most students choose articles in March / September and complete it by May/June November/December. How to avoid the case of a student choosing an article in ex. March, confirming it's not on OKA list, and then an OKA editor selecting it and translating it quickly before the student is done? 2) if a student wants to translate an article that's on your list but that is not yet "in progress", what to do? I see quite a few articles that are assigned to an OKA editor but not yet "in progress"? Piotrus at Hanyang| reply here 03:13, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
- One option could be for you or your students to receive edit rights to the OKA tracker? That way whenever they work on a translation, they can add their name on the tracker and mark it as in progress.
- If an article is assigned but not in progress it means someone from OKA wanted to "reserve it" for themselves later. It's of course not a hard rule so it could still be taken over by someone else if they need to 7804j (talk) 05:42, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
- It may be too much (and too risky) asking my students to do this, but I think I can handle it myself for the few cases I can identify - every little bit help. If you give me access to the spreadsheet, I can leave a comment in status if a topic is chosen by the student. Piotrus at Hanyang| reply here 01:00, 25 May 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Akers mekaniske Verksted when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.
