Welcome!
Hello, BBotirk, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits did not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may have been removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations verified in reliable, reputable print or online sources or in other reliable media. Always provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.
If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to The Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Again, welcome! ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 12:06, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Battle of Baideng, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Battle of Baideng. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. HistoryofIran (talk) 19:23, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- I didn't argue or debate with anyone, I was just told to edit with the source, so I did. I think you're making a mistake. I cited the source. I ask you to review it. BBotirk (talk) 19:42, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- Told by who? You're removing sourced info. Also, I can't find anything that supported the info you added by looking at the page you linked to the source you cited. Please read WP:RS, WP:VER and WP:CITE. HistoryofIran (talk) 19:47, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the good answer, I'll try to provide a source next time. BBotirk (talk) 19:57, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- You really need to provide a source which supports what you're adding rather than just try. Also please stop removing existing sources information without a very good reason. Given your inexperience you should probably just not be deleting it at all. If multiple sources provide different information & there's no reason to think one of these is more likely to be correct, you should find some way to include both. Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that your recent edit to Battle of Yehuling did not have an edit summary. Collaboration among editors is fundamental to Wikipedia, and every edit should be explained by a clear edit summary, or by discussion on the talk page. Please use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit or to describe what it changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
or in the visual editor:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. When logged in to your Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing →
Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button.
Thanks! Mellk (talk) 10:28, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
