Hi @SafariScribe. You managed to review this article in less than 5 minutes after I resubmitted it. With all due respect, I'm struggling to believe you went through all the references. Fey clearly meets WP:GNG and many of the referenced sources are significant, reliable secondary sources.

I question how you can say that the local sources don't significantly cover the subject. One source is titled "The Developers – Roy and Bob Fey". There are 28 references and admittedly some of them don't go into great detail about the subject, but they are used to support the content of the article, and specifically about the projects that he worked on. And while there isn't coverage from a major national media outlet, there is significant coverage from the local media.

I own that the previous version wasn't neutral but it is well sourced. It's sourced better than a lot of articles on WP. I'd ask that you revisit this and read all the sources. I think you'll find the article is warranted. BadNewsBear (talk) 02:35, 25 September 2025 (UTC)

Which one @SafariScribe. There are no blogs to my knowledge. Atomic Ranch, Modernism Weekly and Desert Sun are all publications. Palm Springs Preservation Foundation is a local preservation organization. The content on their site is not "blog" work, it's content about properties of historical significance. The one that is questionable as to it reliability is Visit Palm Springs, because it's a site by the local tourism board, but I felt I had enough other secondary reliable sources that including it wouldn't impact negatively. Again, you seem to be racing through this review and not looking at the referenced material. BadNewsBear (talk) 02:47, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
