Im gonna be 100% honest. I had originally made this account to edit some things about my local figures and I was unaware of the terms and rules and just made this account for some changes. Later down the line one of my friends Sohrab told me he needed some help to edit a page. He didn't tell me he was blocked or unable i just thought he was too lazy to make an account so I agreed and of course i was unaware of the rules. He gave me scripts to place in a page and I did so not knowing that this was an offence under the rules. So fast forward 3 weeks I get the notification and realize the issue. By now i had actually started liking researching and editing pages its good knowing that i can help people know history and other things dear to me when i can. But now i realize my account was blocked. So here i am appealing because i really did love editing pages and researching it was a great side portion of my life and i really do strive to make my people and other peoples history known better with reliable sources. I promise i will never do a similar act again and will only move forward following the rules

Decline reason:

An interesting choice of friends- you think they're lazy and they got you blocked from Wikipedia. I was a friend of the person not the actual person. I am sorry and didn't realize the depth of my errors. I am glad to offer the standard offer and will take 6 months of good behaviour in order to be unblocked is it possible to offer less if I hevave well during the first half or no. Barbarischster, you can still use this talk page to make comments and ask questions. Don't use the unblock request template unless you're actually requesting an unblock. Hello, firstly I understand fully the reason for my block: adding content on behalf of a blocked user, which is not permitted under Wikipedia's policy (sock puppetry) At the time, I didn't understand the information that I was given came from a blocked editor and was unaware of the full policies on Wikipedia's policies with sock puppetry. However now, I understand that I should not add content that is not independently sourced. This is my own fault, and I take the full blame for it entirely for not properly reviewing the policy properly I have been reviewing Wikipedia's policies, and I now understand fully why this is an issue and the reason for my block. If I am unblocked, I will not edit on behalf of other people and I will avoid any sock puppet conflicts. I am willing to start soon to make edits that follow the policy guidance. My main interest on Wikipedia is to edit in order to improve Afghan history articles and to create new ones. I consider this area of Wikipedia as underdeveloped and lacking sufficient coverage. If unblocked, I will use well-sourced independent material to improve current articles and create new articles when appropriate, following the policies. It has been six months since my block. I respectfully would like to request an unblock to be considered. Thank you for your time

I created KantianGodzilla's before my block to serve as an "alt" sort of to edit things I believed were correct but didn't want judgement on my main page. I now realize and understand similar to the previous case its prohibited and I aim to avoid such activities and follow the Wikipedia policy. Barbarischster (talk) 23:48, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
