I would personally see someone depending on a "technically I'm allowed another revert" to do a slow-motion edit war as being edit warring. I've no intention of doing that. Not there and not anywhere. I'm pretty upset with how they handled this issue but I'm not going to edit war. Period. Simonm223 (talk) 17:15, 21 May 2026 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. GSK 19:02, 23 May 2026 (UTC)

Closure of Talk:MJ the Musical#Request for comment
Hi Bluethricecreamman, in the recently closed Michael Jackson arbitration case (WP:ARBMJ), the Arbitration Committee found that 11 editors have engaged in "Apparent coordination", which "has skewed consensus in the topic area", with Talk:MJ the Musical § Request for comment being highlighted as the most prominent example.
Among the 11 editors who opposed the inclusion of the disputed content in this RfC, 9 of them (Jimcastor who uses the signature "castorbailey", TruthGuardians, MraClean, NE0mAn7o!, Mr Boar1, Israell, Guitarjunkie22, PinkSlippers, and Never17) were involved in the apparent coordination.
Additionally, I have just closed an SPI case, which identified Mr Boar1 as a sockpuppet of 2BOARNOT2B. As 2BOARNOT2B also opposed inclusion in the RfC, this means 10 of the 11 editors who opposed inclusion participated in an illegitimate manner.
As the closer of this RfC, would you like to reassess or vacate the closure in light of this new information? — Newslinger talk 07:16, 25 June 2026 (UTC)
- @Newslingeryeah i vacated just now. If anyone wants to do the close feel free to. Ive been a bit busy so think it makes sense for someone else to take a shot User:Bluethricecreamman (Talk·Contribs) 00:07, 26 June 2026 (UTC)
- I've boldly re-added the disputed content. Given that the consensus is clear after excluding the sanctioned editors, I don't think a new closure is needed. If someone without a COI wants to raise a PAG-based objection to including a review by a major British publication, they should feel free to do so on article talk. voorts (talk/contributions) 00:17, 26 June 2026 (UTC)

Articles for Creation backlog drive

Hello Bluethricecreamman:
WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive in August!
The goal of this drive is to reduce the backlog of unreviewed drafts to less than a month of outstanding reviews from the current 3+ months. Bonus points will be given for reviewing drafts that have been waiting more than 30 days. The drive is running from 1 August 2026 through 31 August 2026.
You may find Category:AfC pending submissions by age or other categories and sorting helpful.
Barnstars will be given out as awards at the end of the drive.
There is a backlog of over 5000 pages, so start reviewing drafts. We're looking forward to your help! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:36, 19 July 2026 (UTC)
