Great work with Mark, that's a really nice piece of work and I'm thrilled it passed the test. A while back you nominated Neil Robertson, do you know what happened with that nom? I'm happy to help out get it over the line if you were still interested. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 19:31, 13 February 2026 (UTC)
Hi. Thanks. I was under the weather for a while last Autumn and I had so many articles in the GA nom queue that it felt like one too many. It also had a few issues and I wanted to address them in my own time. I think the page is pretty good tbh but there are a lot of World Snooker Tour references in quick succession and I have switched a few to BBC etc. Jimmy White has been taken up for review today. As you are probably aware, IP accounts which look like WP:DUCK keep adding qualifying and snooker 900 events across wikiproject snooker, and a couple of other editors have got into back-and-forths with them (such as Bingham, Hendry etc). There has been a bit of disruption on Jimmy White recently which is not ideal. I will re-nominate Neil Robertson when this GA backlog drive is over. Thanks for your offer of help. Canary757 (talk) 19:39, 13 February 2026 (UTC)
No drama. White is also a big one. I just took a look at WP:SNOOKERPROJECT and we are doing really well. I think Dott and Hendry will be the two hardest ones to complete. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 19:46, 13 February 2026 (UTC)

Neil Robertson

Hello Canary, how are you ? May I ask would it be possible to add the Masters Qualifying Event final please ? I know you it was removed but could an exception be made for this event. It is clearly stated to be it's own tournament on the Chris Turner snooker arcvive, Snooker.org recognizes it as did global snooker. The tournament was literally a replacement for the Benson and Hedges Championship which counts. It is also on other players GA pages. Can we make an exception to add this title back in please ? Regards ~2026-12607-52 (talk) 14:25, 26 February 2026 (UTC)

I suggest starting a conversation on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Snooker as the current advice is not to include the Masters Qualifying event in the non-ranking titles chart. Canary757 (talk) 13:28, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
