If you want the categories on your sandbox page to be commented out, then it's your job to do that in the first place, not other editors' job to do that for you. Your job is to have kept the page out of any categories right from the start, and nobody else has any responsibility to take any pushback of any kind from you about getting the page out of categories — "reverting" my edit is a statement that I made an error, which I did not do.
