Hi there, apologies if I may not have uploaded the file correctly, I'm quite new to Wikipedia.

The file is Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence and I got it from takebackpower.net

Thanks for your contributions to Take Back Power. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Wikipedia's license is incompatable with a non-commercial license. The philosophy is that knowledge should be free completely, including for companies. Fortunately, the logo is so simple that copyright protection does not apply. An admin has rejected the request for deletion and reclassified the license as public domain. For photos, which are protected, you can request the organisation relicenses them as CC-BY or CC-BY-SA so that Wikipedia can use them. One more tip: usually, images are uploaded to Wikimedia Commons instead of Wikipedia, so that other language Wikipedias can also make use of them. There's a few exceptions (like a rare case where Wikipedia allows fair use), but as a default, you should upload to Commons. —Femke 🐦 (talk) 12:44, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
