Your submission at Articles for creation: Wrongful convictions of Charles Collins and Brian Boles (October 24)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by PARAKANYAA was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of events). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
WP:LASTING and WP:NEVENT. All coverage in article is from a 5 day period.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

As You Wish (book) moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to As You Wish (book). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no sources and it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. AlphaCore talk 21:37, 16 December 2025 (UTC)

'Criticism' section at OpenStreetMap

Hi, PokemonPerson. I've removed the 'Criticism' section you added to OpenStreetMap. I think Gjb0zWxOb's rationale of WP:CRITS is poor because WP:CRITS is just an essay; nevertheless, the section (in the state you added it) is clearly WP:UNDUE. A Wikipedia article is meant to cover notable aspects of a subject, and a blog post written by one person (regardless of their former relationship to the subject) is not that. Wikipedia has sections about controversies when they've received substantial coverage in reliable, independent sources. TheTechnician27 (Talk page) 00:37, 17 December 2025 (UTC)

That is ok. I'd like to continue the discussion at the talk page, but it's ok to have the section removed while it is under discussion.PokémonPerson 16:47, 17 December 2025 (UTC)
I've decided to readd the criticism section as there has not been any discussion at the talk page. PokémonPerson 16:41, 25 February 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of John Woke

A tag has been placed on John Woke requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Draft:What is QWERTYUIOP?

Hi PokemonPerson. I wanted to let you know that I remove the CSD tag you placed on the above draft. G1 only applies to pages that consist entirely of patent nonsense, and there's plenty of intelligible text there. Feel free to nominate them at MFD if you still think it should be deleted. Your recent article: Free naloxone stand

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your recent contribution regarding the Free naloxone stand. I wanted to let you know that I have converted the page into a redirect to the main Naloxone article. I know it can be frustrating to see your new article changed, so I want to explain exactly why this is standard practice here:

  • Wikipedia is not a dictionary (WP:DICDEF): As written, the article provided a brief, one-sentence definition of what the stand is, rather than a comprehensive encyclopedic entry.
  • Centralizing the information (WP:NOPAGE): Wikipedia generally prefers to group highly specific sub-topics into larger, comprehensive parent articles. Since a stand is simply a delivery mechanism for a drug that already has a massive, highly trafficked article, it is much more helpful to our readers to include this information directly in the main Naloxone article.

Also, a couple of friendly tips for your future editing:

  • Categories: I noticed you categorized the stand as a "Cyclic ketone" and an "Allylamine." While the liquid medicine inside the box is a chemical compound, the physical stand itself is not! When adding categories, make do make sure they apply to the specific physical subject of the page, not just the parent topic.
  • Citations: Also, please try to avoid using "bare URLs", (its just like pasting a web address) for your references. Using citation templates ensures that if the news link ever breaks in the future, readers can still find the author, title, and publication date to track it down.

Thanks for your contributions to the English Wikipedia. Happy editing! Itcouldbepossible Talk 01:52, 9 April 2026 (UTC)

@LikusAngi added the categories- maybe from a HotCat bug, not me. I'll be sure to use the citation template in the future tho, thanks. PokémonPerson 01:54, 9 April 2026 (UTC)

Overage/age limit article needed

Hello @PokemonPerson: - I applaud your work to the WikiProject scope of age. You have created many useful and informative pages on the matter such as Age (social construct) and The "brain matures at 25" myth. That said, I was wondering if you'd be interested in creating a page on age limit or the concept of being overage (move the page in that link to Overage (disambiguation) without leaving a redirect behind, from that point on create the page overage or Age limit (should you choose the latter article title, the former be a redirect to the latter). This is a very widespread topic among ageing and society, and where much of the "too old" stigma comes from. List of age restrictions doesn't really do the trick since it's just that, a list, accompanied by one picture of a playground sign. I think overage/age limit are significant enough topics to have their own page outside of the article Age appropriateness. On the flip side of the coin, we already have Minor (law) for the underage/"too young" aspect of minimum age requirement/restrictions, though "age limit" I more so associate either with maximum ages or cutoff points (the age of termination for the subject in question). MezmerizingWiser (talk) 21:19, 9 April 2026 (UTC)

Most of the work done to those pages was by other people, I don't like to take credit where it is not mine. However I shall research and see if I can make the stub. PokémonPerson 02:12, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
@PokemonPerson @MezmerizingWiser: Thanks for your work on improving the encyclopaedia. I came across the page while browsing and had a few suggestions.
Currently, none of the three sources in the article mention "maximum age" verbatim & there's no coverage of the standalone term. Additionally, some of the sources (especially this one) aren't exactly the best & look like blog posts.
I haven't looked too deeply into the topic yet but at a glance, it feels quite broad. I think the article could use some more time being incubated. Would you object to it being draftified for now so you can work on it a bit more before it ends up in mainspace? There's also a couple of other articles that might apply here; you can likely find them in the age and society category.
Thanks again for your work. Best, Staraction (talk · contribs) 20:16, 14 April 2026 (UTC) (please ping on reply)

I think you should rewrite your reply on this AfD to be less offensive. While I think you were talking about other editor(s), at first glance I thought you were insulting me for using Google Trends. Since that is actually useful tools for page moves discussion for deciding which one is WP:COMMONNAME.
