Also, a while back, I've created a sandbox for the Emily Neves article at User:Sjones23/Emily Neves as part of the B-class/GA discussion. If you are interested in helping out, please let me know. Thanks, sjones23 (talk - contributions) 07:07, 22 January 2026 (UTC)

Sonic 1991 edit

Just wanted to get ahead of it - I recently made an edit there reverting an unexplained edit. I was referring to the IP that made edits directly before you, not you. But I think your subsequent edits may have made it looks like I reverted you too. And maybe I did? I'm not sure, it got a bit confusing. My main objection was that they removed the note about Sonic Team honestly. Sergecross73 msg me 21:24, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

No worries, I didn't see any of the previous or subsequent edits and just started picking away at the article at random. I'll take a look later. Popcornfud (talk) 21:40, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

Amusing

Hey there! Just thought you might find this edit amusing, since you've worked on the Elegant Variation essay. Before my edit, the segment read:

"SpongeBob SquarePants is the titular protagonist of the Nickelodeon animated series of the same name."

So Nickelodeon had an animated series called Titular Protagonist?

😂 OrdinaryOtter(talk) 08:21, 14 March 2026 (UTC)

That's a corker! Popcornfud (talk) 07:34, 16 March 2026 (UTC)

Daft Punk

Hi,

I’m sorry to come off like this, but I simply don’t understand how that sub-subheader added more complexity than simplicity, which was the reason why you got rid of it. I personally thought it made the reading more easier, but you thought otherwise and I don’t get it unfortunately. Please explain why this is. Thank you.

As a rule, we want to avoid nesting too many subsections in articles, as it gets messy. See MOS:OVERSECTION.
The History section presently has 9 subsecitons. We do not need to create a one-off sub-subsection within one of those subsections just to continue the narrative the parent subsection already begins.
If you feel that final subsection is too long (and it might be), then we should look at finding a natural point to split it into two subsections of equal weight. Popcornfud (talk) 10:22, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
Oh, ok. That makes sense. I’m sorry again to ask a question like that in that kind of way. I was just utterly confused. But now I get it, fully. Thank you for the insight. Jibblesnark86 (talk) 16:17, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
