Sega parent companies

Can you provide a source for the Paramount Pictures claim?
As you stated, CSK was the majority owner of Sega, but not the parent company. As per Template:Infobox company states, "If the company is majority-owned by a single entity and as such is a subsidiary or division, omit the owner field and use the parent field instead." What is a parent company? "A parent company is a company that owns enough voting power in another firm (or subsidiary) to control management and operations by influencing or electing its board of directors". So was CSK the parent company of Sega? I would say yes.

1. Paramount Pictures' Wikipedia page and this NYT page has everything to know.

2. Regarding CSK's ownership of Sega/Sega Enterprises, the company did not fully own 100% of Sega, but a sizable controlling amount.
