Time Information and Energy
Helped
My current interest is to try to distinguish the idea of aether from dark matter and Vibration which may be behind relative time from quantum entanglement and information theory as implied by Gideon Koekoek] who considers the hidden function of light, Rupert Sheldrake who claims cells communicate, Lee Smolin who disputes [[string theory]] not to mention The Italian physicist Carlo Rovelli and French mathematician Alain Connes who prefer Heat
My rough draft: User:Timpo/Time Energy Vibration
Sadly I I have only a couple of obsolete diplomas (electronics from the age of Thermionic emission and English law before Brexit as well as a generous dash of philosophy from my local community college. Having lots of time for self-study and WikiGnome ing I got interested in the distinction between emotion and reason notably truth v fact and moral v ethics which IMHO some Wikipedia articles tend to use as synonyms - but I avoid editing warfare! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Timpo (talk • contribs) 10:49, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
- Wikipedia does not publish original research—we summarise what reliable sources have to say about a topic, and we always give citations to such publications.
- You may be interested in other paces where you can publish your thoughts. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 12:57, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
- Many thanks for your input!! My rough draft:at User:Timpo/Time Energy Vibration does contain references and links, but I do not yet have the skills to craft a sensible article, but which I hoped might perhaps spark the imagination of a Wikepedian professional physicist? Do you perhaps know any such wizards? Timpo (talk) 15:36, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
- That's not what we mean by referencing. See WP:referencing for beginners, and compare your references with those in, say, Energy (at Energy#References).
- Even then, what you have written appears to be original thought, not a summary of what others have published. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 15:46, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, I understand . thanks again. I do get a bit lost now that Wikipedia has suffered some rapid entropy - I do hope it does not slide down either the rust-out or burn-out slopes of a normal distribution anytime soon - regards Timpo (talk) 15:53, 17 February 2026 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Oscilloscope types, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 17:16, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
