I have found conflicting sources on John Penn's birth date, and have started a discussion at WP:RSN#Birth date of John Penn ("the American"). Please comment there.

I have a friend, George H. Rothacker, who is is a well known Delaware County author and artist. I would like to create his wiki page but need help.
