El premio BAFTA al mejor montaje (BAFTA Award for Best Editing) es un premio entregado anualmente por la Academia Británica de las Artes Cinematográficas y de la Televisión desde 1969. En 1967 fue entregado al mejor montaje de película británica.

Gerry Hambling es el editor de cine más galardonado con tres premios, resultado de seis nominaciones. Thelma Schoonmaker es la editora con mayor número de nominaciones, once en total, de las cuales recibió el premio en dos ocasiones.
