List of people executed in the United States in 2002

Seventy-one people, sixty-nine male and two female, Lynda Lyon Block and Aileen Carol Wuornos, were executed in the United States in 2002, seventy by lethal injection and one, Lynda Lyon Block, was executed by electrocution. Thirty-three of them were in the state of Texas.[1][2]
