Monica and Friends (known as Turma da Mônica in Brazil, Mónica e Amigos in the European Portuguese dub and Monica's Gang in past translations) is a Brazilian series of animated cartoons based on the comic book Monica and Friends by Mauricio de Sousa. The series ran on Cartoon Network from 2004 to 2025 and previously on Globo until 2014. It also airs on TV Cultura (since 2017), HBO Max (since 2021), Discovery Kids (since 2025) and Band (since 2026).^{[citation needed]}
