Request: Please add the following sourced paragraph describing the early development and online dissemination of the “ConformityGate” theory.

The theory emerged in early January 2026 and initially circulated as unconnected speculation before gaining wider attention. The term ConformityGate was later used on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by a user known as @67gate, although the underlying ideas predated the name. On TikTok, early videos by the creator known as @amphibiaaccount presented the theory as a unified concept and raised the possibility of an additional episode, contributing to its wider popularity.
