Misleading combination of sentences
"Dipsy is the most stubborn of the Teletubbies, and will occasionally refuse to go along with the others' group opinion and will have outbursts of rage . His face is notably darker than the rest of the Teletubbies, and the creators have stated that he is black."
There's no source for the first sentence and the way it's written with the second one seems to somewhat imply that his personality is related to his blackness. After reading that source, I don't see any support for that.
