Fair use rationale for Image:DylaScr2.jpg

Image:DylaScr2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Leviathan - The Tone Rebellion
Hotkeys
Lack of hotkeys in this game is annoying. I have made a little tool to add hotkeys into this game, but I don't know if it is OK or not to be featured on the main page. It can be found via Googleing "The Tone Rebellion Hotkey Script". (just added that post, it may take time for Google to index it) --88.241.160.97 (talk) 04:08, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

- No issues on the reliability of references. Some are listed on WP:VG/RS, some are not but I assume they're reliable as they're print magazines.
Magazines like APC and Boot are being published by Future plc so are almost certainly fine. - Appropriate use of images (cover and gameplay screenshot).

- Infobox mentions that it was released on Windows (and categories too), though this is not mentioned in the article.
Added a citation mentioning that Windows is required to play the game. - The reference in the infobox is not required as it is mentioned in the prose, though it can be kept, of course. It's up to you.
Some reviews prefer to keep it as release dates can be elusive sources of information, so may keep as-is. - Lede okay.

- What's tone flow used for and what are tone pools? What is (the) Tone?
Fortunately found a line in CGSP that describes what it is. Tone pools are simply pools of Tone, so maybe I just say that instead of framing it as jargon. - The gameplay screenshot caption should include information about what is featured in the picture. (e.g. "A screenshot of The Tone Rebellion, showcasing "..."). The rest of the caption should be cut. We should not repeat information already featured in the prose.
Reined this in to focus on how it visually demonstrates the level design of the game. - "Buildings can only be constructed on set locations named Tone Nodes" why?
- what is Tone Spreader?
Rephrased. Just to clarify, the game is a bit jargon-y as EVERY single concept has to have the word Tone in it for some reason. I've eschewed this for clarity. - what are magic capabilities?
Clarified we're talking about units that can cast types of spells. - Artificial intelligence is wikilinked several times, should be only once in the body. Same goes for the word multiplayer.

- The Tone Rebellion received generally positive reviews upon release. is sourced to what? Nowadays, we use Metacritic, but there does not appear to be a source attached to this sentence.
This is a fair one to call out if WP:SYNTH is a concern. There are no sources for this, so I'll remove. At any rate, the ratings suggest an average distribution anyway.
Most of my comments are related to WP:MTAU as the article uses jargons unknown to many readers and context is missing regarding some gameplay concepts. The rest looks okay.
