Cinematography

I removed the Cinematography section because it sounds like it was written by AI. I put an unused reference in the reference ideas section of this talk page for future use. I think there are enough high-quality sources that a new Cinematography section can be written in the future. OrdinaryOtter (talk) 12:28, 3 April 2026 (UTC)

References

"Development of a live-action Wonder Woman film began in 1996, with Ivan Reitman initially set to produce and possibly direct." --> This sentence, please, where is the reference on this? I looked everywhere in the internet and I couldn't find a source saying the movie development started in the 90s, I also didn't find anything on this on the Reference section. Can the author explain, please? I'm writing about 2017 Wonder Woman movie and I need that reference for my project Ma236747 (talk) 20:20, 18 May 2026 (UTC)

Ma236747:
Oh I'll get some reference about that for you, here's one: From an April 1996 edition of Entertainment Weekly, an article called "Comic movies", written by Ty Burr:
"and Ivan Reitman (The Late Shift) will produce and possibly direct a Wonder Woman feature for Warner Bros."
So, the nice thing about this source is that it clearly predates the Patty Jenkins/Gai Gadot 2017 film. Much of what else I could find about the Reitman film was regurgitated cuts&pastes that repeated information with identical wording from around the time of the 2017 film's production and release, so this tidbit did have the air of a unproven Hollywood legend or myth. But, yes, it is a verified fact. - Shearonink (talk) 23:54, 18 May 2026 (UTC)
AND that source is in the article. Take a look at Reference #36. - Shearonink (talk) 23:59, 18 May 2026 (UTC)
thank you! ~2026-30072-69 (talk) 12:28, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
