These tools are prone to specific issues that violate our policies:
- hallucinations: they often invent false information and cite non-existent references.
- unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
- copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.
Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.
See the advice page on large language models for more information."Phytochemical constituents of Schisandraceae: A review". Frontiers in Pharmacology. 17. 2026., however, the URL provided leads to a different paper published in a different journal which makes no mention of K. scandens, and I can find no evidence that Frontiers in Pharmacology ever published a paper titled "Phytochemical constituents of Schisandraceae: A review". The second to last reference,
Liu, J.; Wang, W. (2023). "Traditional Use, Pharmacology and Toxicology of the Lignans in Genus Kadsura: A Systematic Review". Records of Natural Products. 17 (5).is a real paper, however, also makes no mention of K. scandens. This draft needs to be rewritten by a human, with references to actual sources that actually pertain to this species.

Co-ordinating on kadsura articles
I noticed you were writing about the species in Kadsura. I was also planning on starting some stubs about them, so we should co-ordinate this. You can do them instead if you want, but i've collected some sources at User:EmergentAnarchy/sandbox#Species. Should I start them and then you can expand them? Or should we each take half the remaining species? EmergentAnarchy (talk) 10:52, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Oh yeah totally! Iv'e already written two articles about them, one of them is currently being reviewed. I was planning on remaking my K. scandens article, but you can if you want to! BabyJerryISking (talk) 13:54, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Also, love the idea of us both taking half! maybe if its uneven we could do one together! BabyJerryISking (talk) 14:01, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Great! I've just published acsmithii, and verrucosa is about ready to go. That leaves us with eight (excluding your borneensis draft - I've tagged my draft page for deletion). Are there any you particularly want to write?
- I've also uploaded a few images of dead specimens, do you need any for yours? EmergentAnarchy (talk) 14:08, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Oh cool! I'd love to write about K. marmorata, i find it very interesting! (btw, check out https://portal.cybertaxonomy.org/flora-malesiana/cdm_dataportal/taxon/ae59fc62-5fa6-4c59-b7f0-af2126d37a23, its been a lifesaver.) BabyJerryISking (talk) 14:13, 30 April 2026 (UTC)

- Thank you so much! the thing ive had most trouble with is finding any common use images OF kadsura, so the herbaria images helped. BabyJerryISking (talk) 14:20, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
