I’ve put a lot of work into researching and writing this article, and I truly believe it can make a valuable contribution to Wikipedia.

I do plan to translate and publish it in both Arabic and Persian, but I believe English is the most important language for raising awareness on this issue.

Do you have any advice on how I might succeed in getting it published nonetheless?

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a news bulletin. Old information is valuable information for an encyclopedia. Larijani's possible relation to a crime against humanity does not make a 2016 opinion poll on his popularity WP:UNDUE. It's not the role of Wikipedia to hide the fact that someone suspected of a major crime is or was popular, if these two claims are actually the case per WP:RS. The only edit I see being needed for that removed paragraph is a fix for WP:RELTIME: "Larijani had 45% approval ... voters did not". I think your edits make it clear that you have a POV in Iran, which is fine, I also have POVs in areas, but you should not make articles non-neutral because of this. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war, according to the reverts you've made to Reza Pahlavi. This means that you are repeatedly reverting content back to how you think it should be, despite knowing that other editors disagree. Once it is known that there is a disagreement, users are expected to collaborate with others, avoid editing disruptively, and try to reach a consensus – rather than repeatedly reverting the changes made by other users.

Important points to note:

1. Edit warring is disruptive behavior – regardless of how many reverts you have made;
2. Do not engage in edit warring – even if you believe that you are right.

You need to discuss the disagreement on the article's talk page and work towards a revision that represents consensus among everyone involved. I explained in my edit summary that the content is trivial. If you disagree, the onus is on you to justify its inclusion on the talk page. @Tasasiki - As per WP:REVEXP, when you revert, you need to "Provide a valid and informative explanation including, if possible, a link to the Wikipedia principle you believe justifies the reversion." Just claiming that something is "trivial" without any further explanation does not come close to following this requirement.
