- DuncanHill, there seems to be no specific Cornish cross, correct? The term seems to be silently introduced in the main text of Stone crosses in Cornwall as a proper noun. Drmies (talk) 16:28, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
- @Drmies: My take, based solely on having grown up surrounded by them, is that a Cornish Cross is a stone cross in Cornwall. Many, but not all, take the form of Celtic crosses. Bernard Deacon has written of them as expressing a ‘distinctively Cornish identity’. Google's not much help because of chickens. DuncanHill (talk) 16:36, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
