Hello, I'm Belbury. I noticed that you recently removed content from Chai AI without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hi ScotsOats! I noticed that you've made several edits in order to restore a version of Chai AI. The impulse to repeatedly undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure that you're aware of Wikipedia's edit warring policy. Repeatedly undoing the changes made by other users in a back-and-forth fashion like this is disallowed, even if you feel what you're doing is justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages in order to try to reach a consensus with the other editors involved. If you are unable to come to an agreement at Talk:Chai AI, please use one of the dispute resolution options that are available in order to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of repeatedly reverting other editors' changes can help you avoid getting drawn into edit wars. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 15:32, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Belbury. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Chai AI in which your edit summary did not appear to describe the change you made. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. "Fix syntax" is an inaccurate summary for an edit which adds a new paragraph and removes criticism. This also wasn't a WP:MINOR edit. Belbury (talk) 18:17, 24 February 2026 (UTC)
Editing Chai Research articles
Hi, I see your only edits since 2024 have been on the topic of Chai AI, including removing well-sourced content about the death of one of their users.
Are you part of the group that the Chai developer is asking to edit Wikipedia, as discussed at Talk:Chai AI#Editing the wiki? You should familiarise yourself with WP:COI and WP:PAID guidelines if so. Belbury (talk) 10:28, 20 February 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Grayfell. An edit that you recently made to Chai AI seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications is usually unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and may contain factually inaccurate statements, fictitious citations, or other problems. You should instead read reliable sources and then summarize those in your own words. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Grayfell (talk) 01:39, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Chai AI. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Grayfell (talk) 21:49, 10 March 2026 (UTC)
- Which edit did you have in mind? ScotsOats (talk) 12:34, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
- Instead of using unreliable sources such as press releases to add vague and flattering details, summarize sources which are both reliable and independent to provide context to a disinterested reader. Further, review Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. If you are compensated for editing, carefully review Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure. Grayfell (talk) 19:08, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
