General Comments

Going to get start on this review later this evening. (I am open to feedback during and after the review process, I want to make the best experience for reviewees possible.) Snuggle 📫 🖤 20:39, 11 December 2025 (UTC)

  • authorship: nominator has 99.7% authorship
  • copyvio: 35.5% for the most similar link, is only a direct quote. The quote is appropriately cited and is accurate to the source material.
  • pictures: no pictures, easy-peasy
  • The Inside Soap source, I need to check with my library and see if they have a copy of it that I can double check. All of the other sources I checked are good. I have a few comments in the table below.
  • I changed some minor things, if you disagree with any of the changes feel free to change them.
  • I don't have many comments, overall it looks good and is generally easy to read. There are a couple places that you could stand to break up long sentences but it wouldn't be necessary at all, more or less thinking about a lay-reader.

@DaniloDaysOfOurLives: I'm done for tonight if you would like to address anything I have mentioned, let me know if I need to clarify anything or if you have any questions. Snuggle 📫 🖤 03:57, 12 December 2025 (UTC)

Concerns

  • I love that all of the links are preemptively archived but a lot of the originals are still live, it would be preferable if they would be marked as |url-status=live
  • On receiving the role, she explained that she received a request to send in a self-tape for a character who matched Becky's description, although the names were disguised. I don't love the beginning of this sentence, it feels clunky to me. Maybe something along the lines of "Prior to being cast for the role, she received a request to send in a self-tape for a character matching Becky's description..." or "The production requested that she send in a self-tape for a character matching Becky’s description..."
  • nitpick – Oxford commas are my love-language. Of course they are not required by any means.
  • Cudden received critical recognition for her work in the theatre productions of Shallow Slumber (2012), The Village Bike (2012), Tonight at 8.30 (2014) and After Miss Julie (2016) and has also performed in various other productions, including Occupational Hazards (2017) and One Man, Two Guvnors (2019), as well as playing Anne Boleyn in The Last Days of Anne Boleyn at the Tower of London. This sentence should be split up, my brain started skipping words halfway through since its just a dense list. I would split it where I marked, but I will leave it up to you.
  • "Cudden had a guest role in a 2023 episode of Father Brown as part of its tenth season." this sentence is out of place (paragraph immediately following the blockquote from John Murphy in Life and career) it's jarring to go from 2015→2016→2023→2016

Thanks! @DaniloDaysOfOurLives: Changes look good, was able to get the Inside Soap magazine through my library, but thank you for the offer! It looks good. Going to give the article another read through to make sure I didn't miss anything in the prose. Will ping if I find anything else. • Article is long enough and recently promoted to GA status. It is sourced using inline citations, it is neutral, and I cannot see any copy violations (Earwig give a 59% for two refs, but I can see the prose is cited quotes). QPQ has been done. I think the hook is good (slightly amusing actually), cited to an interview in the Life and career section. Can I suggest a small tweak? - JuneGloom07 Talk 05:30, 23 December 2025 (UTC)
