super mario 4th best selling series

- As of April 2024, the Super Mario series has a total of 430 million copies, which according to the article List of best-selling video game franchises, would make it currently the fourth best selling series. Finding more recent figures for Call of Duty might change it, but the article as of right now shows the Super Mario franchise as being the 4th best selling.
