You can provisionally list categories in your draft without affecting content categories by using one of the methods described here.

As the page has had to be pulled out of categories twice in less than one hour, do not readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. You were already advised yesterday that drafts cannot be in categories, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT. That advisory did not only apply to that one draft, but applies to all drafts. I've had to pull Draft:Masud Uz Zaman out of categories three times now, including twice in the last 20 minutes alone — do not readd it to categories again, because drafts are never allowed to be filed in mainspace categories.
