Speedy deletion nomination of User:Naseem.farhad

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User:Naseem.farhad, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. VVikingTalkEdits 15:00, 18 June 2026 (UTC)
Contested deletion
This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... I strongly contest the speedy deletion for this page.this is a biographical draft for loqman husain, a highly significant historical diplomat and civil servant who served as the inaugural secretary of a state’s ministry as well as the inaugural executive director of an international intergovernmental organisation (the Asia pacific telecommunity). This page is fully cited using primary official government records including the gazette of Pakistan (1950, 1961) and the Dacca gazette (1964). It is a work in progress draft and and explicitly demonstrates deep historical notability. Thank you.

Contested deletion
The claim that this page is promotional (G11) or non-notable is conclusively false. The official, live portal of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Government of Bangladesh explicitly records the subject, Loqman Husain (লোকমান হোসেন), as the historic 1st Secretary of the division following national independence (List of Former Secretaries, Serial No. 1). Under Wikipedia's strict criteria for high-ranking historic state officials, his encyclopedic value is an verified matter of national public record.

Managing a conflict of interest
Hello, Naseem.farhad. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. We ask that you:
- Avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors
- Disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI)
- Propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the Edit Request Wizard), including links or details of reliable sources that support your suggestions
- Avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming)
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation for any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
See the FAQ for article subjects for more information.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Seraphimblade Talk to me 18:48, 18 June 2026 (UTC)
Why this article shouldn’t be deleted
The subject's global and regional notability is fully verified by independent, third-party intergovernmental records. The official Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) institutional report from July 1981 explicitly records diplomatic representatives from Japan, India, and South Korea paying formal tribute to the foundational legacy, initiative, and devotion of the late Executive Director Mr. Loqman Husain (Source: https://apt.int/sites/default/files/Upload-files/GA-MC-DOCS/GA-MC-Reports/1981-MC4-Rept.pdf). This completely satisfies WP:GNG and proves his enduring, recorded impact as an international civil servant." Naseem.farhad (talk) 18:52, 18 June 2026 (UTC)

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at International Telecommunication Union, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 20:08, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Abdul Momen Khan when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

Drafts
Hello, Naseem.farhad, I'm Bearcat. Please note that pages in draft space, such as Draft:Shaila Sharmin Zaman are not allowed to be categorized alongside finished articles in mainspace, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT. The page must stay out of any categories so long as it is outside mainspace, and this is not an optional rule that you're free to disregard or ignore.
You can provisionally list categories in your draft without affecting content categories by using one of the methods described here.
As the page has had to be pulled out of categories twice in less than one hour, do not readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. Note as well that there can be consequences for disruption if it doesn't stop, such as page protection or deletion and/or the temporary or permanent suspension of your editing privileges. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Abdur Rauf Chowdhury, links pointing to the disambiguation pages Dinajpur District and 1996 Bangladeshi general election were added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

You were already advised yesterday that drafts cannot be in categories, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT. That advisory did not only apply to that one draft, but applies to all drafts. I've had to pull Draft:Masud Uz Zaman out of categories three times now, including twice in the last 20 minutes alone — do not readd it to categories again, because drafts are never allowed to be filed in mainspace categories. Note as well that if it returns to categories a fourth time, I'll be forced to editprotect it so that you can no longer edit it at all. Bearcat (talk) 15:36, 13 July 2026 (UTC)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Shahed Kamal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, as it exhibits signs of having been generated by an AI model with no clear human review. Text produced by these applications is prohibited on Wikipedia. For further information, see section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay.
