Edit warring
An editor with your level of experience knows better than to get into an edit war. Per WP:BRD, you made a bold move, were reverted, and the next step was to discuss, not restore the version that you believe is correct. So, besides the disagreement on the name of the website being "Pro-Football-Reference" or "Pro Football Reference", would you please let me know which of my other edits you don't agree with? Assadzadeh (talk) 15:31, 26 February 2026 (UTC)
- Well, I fixed the date formats for one, and I unified the formatting of the references. If you'd care to unify them in some other way, you're welcome to do so. My only intent was to make them consistent based on my interpretation of guidelines. – PeeJay 23:07, 26 February 2026 (UTC)
- First of all, you don't need to fix date formats, because the {{Use mdy dates}} template at the top of the page does that automatically. For example, if the date of the source is "2026-01-02", then the template converts it to "January 2, 2026", whereas if the template was {{Use dmy dates}}, then it would be converted to "2 January 2026". As for unifying the formatting of the references, I agree with this, but you just did a wholesale revert of my second edit, which removed the missing authors and dates that I had added. As for the guidelines, which I included in my first edit summary and shown below, they are clear on what is required:
- Title (name) of the website (or its short URL if no plain-language title is discernible); may be wikilinked; will display in italics.
- Having both 'publisher' and 'website' is redundant in many cases" and "Name of the publisher; may be wikilinked. Having both 'publisher' and 'website' (a.k.a. 'work') is redundant in many cases."
- So, "NFL" and "Pro Football Reference" are the names of the website and are discernible. As such, it's not necessary to include the URL, such as "NFL.com" and "Pro-Football-Reference.com". As for the second point, it's redundant to include both "NFL.com" and "NFL Enterprises". Assadzadeh (talk) 04:45, 27 February 2026 (UTC)

Removing large amounts of content without valid reasoning
removing large amounts of content like you did on 2025–26 Premiership Women's Rugby should require a discussion. what is your reason for removal other than totally unnecessary. It's not constructive at all and border line vandalism, you have over 200,000 edits I think you should know to explain your self better. Louis (talk) (contribs) 12:34, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
