While using multiple accounts isn't disallowed, you must not misuse them, and need to declare them as alternative accounts of the same user, see WP:VALIDALT for more on that. Using multiple accounts isn't "wrong", as such, but it is an easy way to get into trouble if you're not careful. One of the ways of being "careful" would be to clearly indicate on each account's userpage that they are alternatives accounts of the same user, that way you're being open and transparent about it.

I was also just curious as to why you feel you need to have multiple accounts?

User accounts cannot be deleted, but if you don't wish to use two of these you can simply stop using them, and perhaps mark them with the {{abandoned account}} template. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:34, 15 May 2026 (UTC)
