Adoption request
Hi there and thanks for submitting an adoption request on my talk page. I'd be more than happy to adopt you - any questions you'd like to ask me? Gommeh 📖 🎮 00:19, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- Not particularly. At the moment, I'm trying to find good sources for an article that generates a lot of brief mentions and false positives. Do you have any suggestions for getting better sources, or filtering out bad ones? SenshiSun (talk) 23:17, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- Sorry for not answering sooner - didn't see you had responded, haha. Anyhow, you can try looking at Wikipedia:RS/P for a list of sources that are generally considered reliable and some that are not. Some WikiProjects have their own supplementary lists of sources they consider reliable as well, but not all of them do. What's your main topic of interest on wiki? That is, what topic(s) do you like to edit about? Gommeh 📖 🎮 23:53, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- I've been flitting between a bunch of topics, like geography, social interests, and media. I've mostly been doing maintenance-type work; digging up sources and copy editing. SenshiSun (talk) 22:18, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- Cool! I don't participate in any of those areas on-wiki, but you can have a look at WP:GEOGRAPHY and WP:COPYEDITORS for starters. What type of social interests specifically? Gommeh (talk! sign!) 18:48, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hoaxes and fraud, but only the things that have been well-documented as fraud. For instance, De Grote Donorshow and Fake memoir. SenshiSun (talk) 22:19, 12 February 2026 (UTC)

I've added your linked names to Category:Writers of African descent
Thank you for adding some Canadian and British Black writers to Black writers. I've edited their respective pages to add Category:Writers of African descent just in case the Black writers page gets redirected back to African-American literature, as some are advocating or, as I am advocating, gets a new redirect to Category:Writers of African descent. The redirect discussion can be found at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Black writers. Thisisnotatest (talk) 21:31, 21 February 2026 (UTC)

March 2026
Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, List of Turanian monarchs, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it has been moved to where you can continue to work on it. Please consider using the Article Wizard or the Articles for Creation procedure. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read "Your first article". You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Erakilos (talk) 07:56, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you for the correction. I will review the draft. Is AfC for everyone? I thought I had enough edits to bypass it (over 500). SenshiSun (talk) 08:23, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- No worries! AFC is optional. With your edit count, yes you can publish the improved article directly. Erakilos (talk) 08:35, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- I might pass it through AfC anyway since it's been contested. Would you be able to provide more details about the issues with this draft? Standards are different for stand alone lists. My guesses are either notability or duplication with List of Shahnameh characters. SenshiSun (talk) 08:44, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- The main issue is with the grouping “Turanian monarchs”. (Aside from the cited reference calling it a Tur/Turanian family) The term itself is quite confusing. Does “Turan” here refer to the historical region in Central Asia, the Sassanian province in modern Pakistan, or to Turkic monarchs?
- The title seems a bit vague; perhaps “List of Turanian monarchs in Shahnameh” would be clearer, though that still depends on whether the grouping itself is valid. Then there’s also the duplication issue, since a distinct standalone list may not be necessary when a “List of Shahnameh characters” already exists. Erakilos (talk) 09:11, 26 March 2026 (UTC)

MCE89 (talk) 02:29, 3 April 2026 (UTC)Hi, thanks again for the help a while ago!
Thank you for editing my sadly declined draft of the 2012 Sargento 200. Do you mind making the map for the teams for the International Arena League? You just look up the coordinates of the arenas and put them on the map, but I don't know how so can you?
Also, can you see if the draft article looks like it is good to become an actual article?
Please and thank you, TOSF TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 17:33, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- I can give it a shot. SenshiSun (talk) 18:09, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- Can you also edit the team of maps? TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 18:55, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- What's a "team of maps"? SenshiSun (talk) 22:22, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- I think the article could be stronger if more of the sources were third-party news covereage, not just Instagram posts. SenshiSun (talk) 22:24, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- It's template:Location map+ or Location map TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:26, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
- So, do you mean a map with all of the teams? SenshiSun (talk) 02:45, 16 April 2026 (UTC)
- Yes TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:31, 16 April 2026 (UTC)
- I can try, but I make no promises that it'll work. I've only ever seen maps with one pin. SenshiSun (talk) 15:41, 16 April 2026 (UTC)
- I figured out the template, but I'm having trouble getting it to work correctly right now. I should be able to figure it out tomorrow. SenshiSun (talk) 01:46, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
- Are you finished with the map yet? TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 16:58, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- Sorry it took so long. I finally got them to work. It's a template inside a template. SenshiSun (talk) 20:36, 26 April 2026 (UTC)
- Nice work on IAL. It's much stronger now. I'm not sure about the lead having three other leagues in it. SenshiSun (talk) 07:14, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
- I only did that to prove it is the first international league since you know. TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:25, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
- It's the first international league since one from 2025... last year. Or do you mean it's the first with multiple teams outside of the US? SenshiSun (talk) 15:04, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
- Both are yeses TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 15:27, 13 May 2026 (UTC)

Again, thanks for the help on IAL
Yeah, I have a question? 1) How can I make my writing more critical? And do you think this link looks good? (It's my own fantasy league). TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 13:14, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
- What do you mean by "more critical"? Wikipedia articles are meant to adopt a Wikipedia:Neutral point of view.
- I don't have much of an opinion on the league, but I suggest not putting your school email on it publicly, and creating a "contact form" if possible. SenshiSun (talk) 23:13, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
- I meant "more critical" by making it to where it sounds like it is real. You know what never mind. TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:30, 21 April 2026 (UTC)
- I thought you were talking about making your Wikipedia edits more critical, not the text on your fantasy league page. Sorry about that! That's a misunderstanding on my end.
- All caps used for long stretches is Internet shorthand for yelling. I'd suggest bold text or a different font.
- The actual text on the website looks good. If you want to add more detail, study the kinds of information that's in game reports. SenshiSun (talk) 20:32, 21 April 2026 (UTC)
- I do game reports (it's fake) so there is a border on the top of the website with three lines next to the logo/website name, and it will so you a list of pages, there is a News page, Teams page, Schedule page, Watch the AISA page, Shop page [not published], Transactions page, A league page (subpages: History, staff, Rules, Contact), Scores page, Stats page (subpages: Standings, Leaders, Players), and a Partners page. TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:35, 22 April 2026 (UTC)
- And, also thanks for the advice, I'll fix it, if you are this intrested in my "fantasy" league I post a game on YouTube today, or post a result. TexasOutlawsSoccerFan (talk) 12:35, 22 April 2026 (UTC)

DYK for We Cast A Shadow
On 13 May 2026, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article We Cast a Shadow, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status.
