'Extensive and inappropriate quotations'/Draft:False or misleading statements by Bob Dylan
This was the reason for your rejecting my Draft:False or misleading statements by Bob Dylan.
None of the handful of quotations were extensive; I was operating under what I thought was 'fair use.'
But I will try to rework my draft accordingly to bring it into compliance and resubmit.
Thank you. M.mk (talk) 18:24, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- I felt like your article was relying mostly on quotations rather than putting things in your own words, which led me to be concerned about copyright. One or two quotations is not necessarily a problem, but the article seemed to be mostly copyrighted material (although I do appreciate that you cited it). I could have definitely explained that clearer, though. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 22:55, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
Draft:Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream
Could 3 citations be reasonable? Ell22Moore (talk) 22:52, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
- In some cases, yes. But I don't think it's necessary for things that are uncontroversial, and it's easier to review a submission that sticks to the best sources rather than every source available. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 22:53, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
- I trimmed them to 3 at best. Ell22Moore (talk) 23:03, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you. I'll take another look. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 23:17, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
- Is it good? Ell22Moore (talk) 01:53, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
- It's still a LOT of citations. I can't look at it tonight. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 03:56, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
- That's okay. Take your time. Ell22Moore (talk) 04:03, 26 January 2026 (UTC)

Question about draft: Emma Törzs
Hi! Thank you for reviewing my submission and for helping fix the copyright violation. I looked at the notability criteria, can you help me understand why the author doesn't meet the notability criteria, if the book does? I was looking at notability criteria for authors. Do I need to find more coverage of the author herself? Or would it be better to create a page for the book? Or both? I so appreciate the help and guidance! Buffythevampslyr (talk) 23:00, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- I think it would definitely make sense to go ahead and create a page for the book, and then if you can find more coverage of the author herself or her other works, that would help improve the author's page. Rereading the notability criteria, she might qualify based on the coverage of her book, but if all the independent coverage is just of the single book then I think a book page makes more sense. Thanks for asking! I'm new to being an AFC reviewer so I'm still getting all the nuances. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 00:25, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- It's okay I'm also new! Okay I'll work on it some more! Thank you :) Buffythevampslyr (talk) 02:09, 28 January 2026 (UTC)

You left 'likely' on Princess Zahrah Mustapha Mona Audu's draft. Help explain what that means. Bassey2026 (talk) 06:15, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
- I meant that based on the sources that were in the article, it seemed like she wasn't notable yet, but there might be more sources that could change my mind. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 21:44, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
- Oh! Thank you for the explanation. Bassey2026 (talk) 04:07, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hello, can you check the update I have made on the draft? Maybe it could fly now. Bassey2026 (talk) 15:53, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hello Bassey2026 (talk) 14:48, 17 February 2026 (UTC)
- I'm really busy off-wiki at the moment; you'll have to wait for a review through the normal process but there's a backlog right now. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 23:47, 17 February 2026 (UTC)

Edit requests for Yahoo Mail
Hi Sebastian, thanks again for answering the COI edit requests I shared for the "history" section of the Yahoo Mail article. I've posted some new edit requests for the "User interface" and "Spam policy" sections at the talk page. If you have a chance to take a look, I'd appreciate it! Either way, thanks for all your work helping reduce the edit request backlog. Mary Gaulke (talk) 19:59, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
