Hi, thanks for updating articles on the Philippines. You have uploaded some pictures as "own work", at Ariel Querubin, Willie Revillame and Heidi Mendoza. Wanted to check with you that these are pictures you took yourself. I'll post some guidance about images below. Best wishes, 08:17, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
Welcome!

Welcome!
Hello, RobertMaskey, and welcome to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you are fairly new! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. I also see that some of your recent edits show an interest in the use of images and/or photos on Wikipedia.
Did you know that ...
- ...Wikipedia has a very stringent image use policy?
- ...most images from Flickr, online news websites, and other web sources are copyrighted?
- ...Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously?
- ...freely-licensed images should be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, a central location for images where they can be used on all Wikipedia projects?
- ...we recommend that new users use our "files for upload" process – at least until you get the hang of things?
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}} on your talk page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Unsolicited feedback on Political Profiles
Good Day. I have read your article on Kiko Barzaga and here are some reminders to keep in mind for you to conform to the editorial standards set by the WP:Manual of Style.
- Per WP:LEADCITE, the lead must be mostly free of citations as it is a summary of the body. Conversely, the body must be thoroughly be supplied with citations supporting its content.
- Countries are not linked, per WP:OVERLINK. Per the same principle, parent local government units are not linked (or are linked together with the lower unit; i.e. "Dasmariñas, Cavite" or "Dasmariñas, Cavite", BUT NOT "Dasmariñas, Cavite". In relation to this, per MOS:PHIL, cities are not appended with the word "City", meaning the names of cities should be encoded as "Dasmariñas" rather than "Dasmariñas City". Exceptions and related measures can be seen in the same guideline.
- Honorifics such as "The Honorable" are not included in the infobox per MOS:HONORIFIC.
For a general guide on proper infobox formatting, as well as composition, here is a sample article that you can check for your reference. Note the other reminders in the sandbox's appendix.
Please do reflect on these comments as your errors on the Barzaga article are largely derived from a history of deviations from the Manual of Style that went on to degrade articles of this sort. It may be widespread, but it does not make it correct. TofuMuncher (talk) 04:33, 2 July 2025 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 22
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Duterte family, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Davao. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:55, 22 December 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Ramon Durano IV

A tag has been placed on Ramon Durano IV requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. QEnigma 论 17:45, 11 January 2026 (UTC)

February 2026
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to 2022 Philippine presidential election in Antique when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

Thank you for your work on this article. Please add more sources - primarily secondary sources and footnotes to back up each claim with a reliable source. Please also establish notability as per WP:GNG. Most likely, this article in its current state should be merged with Sara Duterte. Thanks and have a great day!

"Leaders" on Philippines Senate elections
As you should know, the Philippines is a presidential system, and it's improper to show presidential candidates as "leaders" in Senate elections; see US election infoboxes, which do not show presidential candidates as "Senate leaders". In fact, none of these Senate coalitions/alliance have designated leaders since 1987. For example, who was the leader of UniTeam, Alyansa, TEAM Unity, Lakas-Laban coalition, Grand Alliance for Democracy (you added Erap but I'd argue it was Enrile, both are WP:OR) etc.? Howard the Duck (talk) 13:36, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
- For leaders, I was basing from the infoboxes of the alliances, for midterm election years (e.g 2007, 2025, etc) it was typically the presidents who was the leader of their administration alliance or for opposition alliances (Like Otso Diretso, GO, and others) it was an opposition leader who was designated by the Alliance. (e.g GMA was the leader of Team Unity because it was HER administration's Alliance for the Senate midterms) For presidential election years (e.g 2022, 2016, etc) it was the candidate who led the Senate allaince (e.g Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte of Uniteam and Grace Poe of Partido Galing at Puso) because they were the ones who literally formed and led the alliances during that election and by that alone makes them the leader of the alliance. Walter H. White (talk) 23:52, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
- Again, as explained above, these should refer to Senate leaders or actual senatorial candidates who are for the simplest explanation "Senate presidential election candidates". Sitting presidents cannot be senators. As Philippine electoral experience since 1987 do not have these, as Senate presidential candidates (as well as speakers) are determined after after the election, these remain blank. Any additions of names of supposed leaders are WP:OR. Howard the Duck (talk) 01:24, 6 March 2026 (UTC)
- To illustrate how absurd your reasoning is, Trump is not the Republican Senate leader since 2016, nor Macron is Ensemble's parliamentary leader in 2024 French legislative election. Howard the Duck (talk) 01:28, 6 March 2026 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in 2026 Antipolo's 2nd congressional district special election, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Infoboxes should not exceed 22em or 352px Howard the Duck (talk) 01:19, 6 March 2026 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Sara Duterte 2028 presidential campaign

The article Sara Duterte 2028 presidential campaign has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
The article Sara Duterte 2028 presidential campaign does not currently meet Wikipedia’s notability standards for future events. While media reports indicate that Sara Duterte has announced or launched a campaign, the official filing period for candidacy has not yet started, and there is no formal recognition of her candidacy by the Commission on Elections. As such, the article is largely speculative and premature. Wikipedia discourages articles about potential or future political campaigns unless they are supported by substantial coverage in reliable, independent sources that establish encyclopedic relevance.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time.

Hi Wilson Palacpac III. Thank you for your work on Chonky (slang). Another editor, TouchedWithFire, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Hi!
If I may, a few comments. I couldn't find the sentence "Chonker is a word used for animals that fit the description of the chonky word." in the given source. Was a different source intended? If not, I think the sentence can be omitted.
In the opinion piece from Korea Herald there is mention of the number of uses hashtags of the term received on social media, addressing it in the article might be advantageous. On that - I also found an article which addresses the term very briefly - https://thekpa.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/KPR-Manuscript-2022-Vols-35-and-36.pdf#page=63, it might be useful.

A tag has been placed on 2026 Cavite's 4th congressional district special election requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
