1. It would be really nice if you pointed out the parts that make the text sound like an advertisement.
2. I have noticed many articles on Wikipedia with a disclaimer that they are written in an advertisement format. My article is a better version of those articles. Please help me understand.
3. Also, is there another way of getting the articles uploaded on the site? Am I required to make any donations or payments?

You claim that you personally created and personally own the copyright to the logo of the Canchar Cancer Hospital. This means that either

1. you are an employee who did indeed create the logo for their employer(though it would be wrong to claim you personally hold the copyright) or
2. you improperly uploaded the logo, putting Wikipedia at risk of legal action by those who do actually hold the copyright

Which is it?

Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and looks like a resume.
