Aṣa (album)
Hi LastJabberwocky!, I saw that you made changes to the Aṣa (album) article. Your edits felt like a critique of the article and not simply a copyedit. I did not submit the article to GOCE so I didn't expect you to nitpick the article. I need to point out a few issues I have your edits. In the music and lyrics section, you altered the entire section and took things out of context. The sentences "On the record, Aṣa advises listeners to search inward for the answers they seek and quit circling around. Additionally, she addresses societal issues such as pedophilia, rape culture, climate change, and blood diamond mining" do not belong in the first paragraph. They are specifically tied to the songs "360" and "Fire on the Mountain". Just because I said record, you confused them to be about the album itself. I am going to restore the music and lyrics section. Another issue I have is your claim that "360" being powered by an acoustic guitar is irrelevant. I am not sure how you concluded this to be "irrelevant". If I'm not mistaken, you also said that all of the songs (or majority) on the album are powered by an acoustic guitar. There aren't any sources online that specifically mentions this. Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 14:17, 1 January 2026 (UTC)
- @Versace1608: I did c/e following GA criteria for prose including clarity, prose for accolades (not interchangeable with an accolades table), scope, and structure (e.g., structure 'Music and lyrics' section by theme not track-by-track). However, like with GA process all my banners and tags were suggestions not requirements, and may or may not come up during GAR. —LastJabberwocky (Rrarr) 15:26, 2 January 2026 (UTC)

Thanks for your help copy editing the article. I hope it makes sense why I made the changes to what you had edited in at Special:Diff/1361061843. TarnishedPathtalk 11:52, 25 June 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @TarnishedPath: I dreaded these jurisprudence-related sections fearing my c/e skills are not strong enough to do it reasonably well :). Your changes make sense! I would've liked to include "extension of period limitations to file the appeal" to clarify for not law-proficient readers what an extension is, but i don't think the source makes this clarification, so fair enough to remove it. I will leave the rest of the 'Appeal' untouched and move onto 'Funding'. —LastJabberwocky (Rrarr) 11:09, 27 June 2026 (UTC)
