What's the point of creating a navigation template for ONLY one article? There must be a substantial number of articles before creating such entries. The same applies to categories. Unless you show that you realise how much of a big deal this is, and clearly commit to doing absolutely everything in your power to avoid committing further copyright violations, admins won't even think about the risk involved in unblocking your account.

WP:COPYVIO does not have exceptions for the incipit (in English Wikipedia, we call this the "lead"), and sometimes the reuse of even relatively small amounts of copyrighted material can be grounds for a lawsuit. Others have said this, but I want to emphasize: violating most policies on Wikipedia is just annoying for contributors, but violating copyright policy can bring down the whole project. When you defend your actions as just being a little bit of copyright and no big deal makes others worry more, not less, that you'd be a danger to the project if unblocked.
