That article was promotional with insufficient referencing and no real evidence of notability. Separate to that, it also included a number of copyright images which you have uploaded as your own work, when they clearly aren't (or if they are, then you have a major conflict of interest in this subject, which you need to disclose).

Precisely for the reason that you are, as you say, a new contributor, I already suggested further down this page that you continue to put your creations through the AfC review system rather than publishing them directly in the main encyclopaedia, until you gain a better understanding of our policies and requirements.

Just because something is available on the internet does not mean it is free of copyright. In fact, the vast majority of content is covered by copyright, unless it is expressly and clearly indicated otherwise. If you cannot find evidence that something is free of copyright, you must assume it isn't.

In any case, you must never upload any content as your own work, unless it really is yours (meaning, in most cases, that you have actually created it yourself). When you upload your own work to our servers, you are confirming that it is your property and you are releasing it from copyright and making it available for anyone to do with whatever they please. @NepalFirst, I have just deleted a paragraph from this draft, which was copied verbatim from a source clearly claiming copyright. I have warned you about copyright violations before, and I can see that at least one other admin has since done the same. Copyright violations are a serious matter, and persistent violations are also considered a form of vandalism, therefore this must stop now. If you're unwilling or unable to stay within the rules, I will have no option but to block you from editing.

You used the UTRS system to appeal which is really only needed if your talk page access has been revoked or there is some other reason why you cannot post your appeal on your talk page. I cannot speak for other admins, but I for one will not be creating an unblock request for you. If you cannot follow simple instructions to create your own request, then you probably should remain blocked anyway.

The UTRS lock-out is something of a red herring, because no one told you (as far as I'm aware) to lodge your appeal via UTRS in the first place.
