WP:Content forking

Shikeishu, as seen here, we try to avoid creating WP:Stubs, especially when the stub is not necessary. There is not much to state about "demigender," which is why one editor proposed that the content you added to the Demigender article be merged into the Genderqueer article and I re-redirected the article to the Genderqueer and put the demigender content there. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 17:53, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Demigender and Genderqueer are not the same things. It doesn't make sense to put them in the same article. What could be alternatives then? I don't really understand the problem of a stub, when the topic is relevant, but not enough content yet to turn it into a huge article. --Shikeishu (talk) 08:51, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
Demigender is an aspect of the genderqueer/non-binary topic. When there is an umbrella term or catch-all article, as is the case with the Genderqueer/Non-binary article, we commonly merge the stub topic into that article. Stubs can grow; and if the content grows big enough, it can be validly WP:Split out into its own article (also see WP:Spinout and WP:No split), but there is currently very little out there about demigender. Enough editors would also cite it as failing WP:Notability. See WP:No page about covering smaller topics in one article. Also see Wikipedia:Broad-concept article. Anarchism

Hi Shikeishu,

I saw your work on articles related to anarchism and wanted to say hello, as I work in the topic area too. If you haven't already, you might want to watch our noticeboard for Wikipedia's coverage of anarchism, which is a great place to ask questions, collaborate, discuss style/structure precedent, and stay informed about content related to anarchism. Take a look for yourself!

And if you're looking for other juicy places to edit, consider expanding a stub, adopting a cleanup category, or participating in one of our current formal discussions.

Feel free to say hi on my talk page and let me know if these links were helpful (or at least interesting). Hope to see you around. czar 04:26, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

Bernstein

a) Articles which were written by sockpuppets of blocked/banned users in violation of their block/ban, are eligible for summary deletion upon discovery. "X is not allowed to edit Wikipedia; that means they are not allowed to create new articles." This is done without prejudice against the article being re-created if it is on a notable topic. I wrote a brief allegory on the topic.

b) the exception is when the articles in question have been substantively expanded by other editors — as is the case with the Bernstein article. DS (talk) 13:26, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

We're happy to make sure that AdamPrideTN does not edit Wikipedia until tomorrow. After this, we're all going back home and using our individual IP addresses, so they can be easily blocked. Ichiko Ima moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Ichiko Ima, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 15:32, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

Your submission at Articles for creation: Ichiko Ima (May 13)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by S0091 was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Interviews, what she has written or standard profiles cannot be used to establish notability. Other sources are trivial mentions.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

The current manga in afternoon magazine doesn't have that kind of content I understand if your trying to inform people about the history of the magazine but if doses of magazines with that kind of content currently why not add it to those instead a magazine without it also sorry if your not the one who add it. Melina Borčak moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Melina Borčak. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and per Shikeishu's move, articles for AfC review go to draftspace. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Dclemens1971 (talk) 16:42, 10 September 2025 (UTC)

Hi @Dclemens1971! The article has 21 references, the writer has written a best-selling book and is widely talked about in German media. Can you explain what you mean with "it needs more sources"? Shikeishu (talk) 17:15, 10 September 2025 (UTC)
The sources appear to be her own writing primarily -- what were the independent, secondary, reliable sources you thought pushed it past WP:GNG? (P.S. Your edit summary was a bit confusing since you said you were moving it to the preferred location for AfC submissions but then you moved it to mainspace, not draftspace.) Dclemens1971 (talk) 17:20, 10 September 2025 (UTC)
This one, this one and this one are all secondary, independent and reliable. Shikeishu (talk) 17:57, 10 September 2025 (UTC)
OK, thank you for sharing. I won't object if you'd like to move the article back into mainspace. Dclemens1971 (talk) 03:28, 11 September 2025 (UTC)
