Lead in MLB season articles

Why is Major League Baseball lowercased to "major league baseball", in the leads of Year MLB season articles? GoodDay (talk) 22:41, 1 February 2026 (UTC)

It's not that way for every season. I suspect this has to do with MLB not being a formal organization for the entirety that there has been baseball played between the NL and AL. Y2Kcrazyjoker4 (talk • contributions) 22:47, 1 February 2026 (UTC)

Al Demaree

I've just been pumping up Al Demaree a bit, with some information on his cartooning career and on his run in non-MLB professional leagues in the 19-ooughts and tens. However, I'm doing it for the cartooning work, am not really a historic baseball guy, so it might be good for someone to give it at least a look-see and make sure I've not messed it up in some really obvious ways. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 03:14, 11 February 2026 (UTC)

Is Adam even notable? An unremarkable former minor league player who I guess made some short films that played at some minor film festivals.. most sourcing seems to go to film festival websites... how did he even get an article? Spanneraol (talk) 02:36, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
