First of all, Happy New Year! :D I'm just curious as to why my document was subject to rapid deletion. From what I see, even if there is only the template content, if there is a certain amount of information contained in the template content, it is not eligible. Did I misunderstand? :( ()

Hello! Pages that contain only templates are considered to not have enough content. Enough content has been added now to be a stub, but the article still needs more citations (read Wikipedia:SIGCOV and Wikipedia:Citing sources). I would recommend reading Wikipedia:How to create a page.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your help last time. If you hadn’t guided me through the regulations then, I don't think the Korea Cup (horse racing) article would have survived. Thanks to your help, I am now nearing the completion of the article.

The reason I am reaching out again is that I have a question regarding the Wikipedia regulations that I'm still a bit unsure about. I was wondering if you could give me some guidance one more time.

My question is about the article assessment classes: To upgrade an article to C-Class or higher, is it mandatory to have it evaluated by another user? Is it not possible for me to update the class rating myself?

@Coperacchio: Anyone, including you, can evaluate an article’s assessment. In its current state, the article should definitely be either a C or B class. You can read Wikipedia:Content assessment#Grades to see what criteria the article should be in.
