Help to translate en existing french wiki page in english

Bonjour! Je suis nouvelle sur Wikipedia 🙂.

J'ai découvert un peintre français qui a exposé au musée Dali Paris et j'ai vu qu'il a une page wikipedia en français mais qui est pas traduite.

Je pensais la traduire moi-même mais j'ai pas de badge wiki pour le faire.

J'aimerais savoir si vous pourriez le faire ?

• Following a motion, remedy 9.1 of the Conduct in deletion-related editing case has been amended to limit TenPoundHammer to one XfD nomination or PROD per 24-hour period.
• Following a motion, the Iskandar323 further POV pushing motion has been rescinded.
• The Arbitration Committee has passed a housekeeping motion rescinding a number of outdated remedies and enforcement provisions across multiple legacy cases. In most instances, existing sanctions remain in force and continue to be appealable through the usual processes, while some case-specific remedies were amended or clarified.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war, according to the reverts you've made to Dagbani language. This means that you are repeatedly reverting content back to how you think it should be, despite knowing that other editors disagree. 1. Edit warring is disruptive behavior – regardless of how many reverts you have made;
2. Do not engage in edit warring – even if you believe that you are right.

You need to discuss the disagreement on the article's talk page and work towards a revision that represents consensus among everyone involved. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution if discussions reach an impasse. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to engage in edit warring, you may be blocked from editing.
