Ojakhuri (Georgian: ოჯახური, romanized: ojakhuri) is a traditional Georgian dish, consisting of fried meat and potatoes. It is prepared using various types of meat (beef, pork, or even chicken), potatoes, and spices, and is traditionally served on a ketsi clay plates.[1]
