Since you're already keeping WP:VG/S up to date, it would be tremendously helpful if you could mirror those updates to the Cite Unseen version as well. The format there is straightforward -- just a simple, readable syntax. Mirroring those updates right away would ensure both resources stay closely synchronized.

If you haven't tried Cite Unseen yet, I'd encourage you to give it a try. It's particularly useful for checking source reliability during GA/FA evaluations, and many reviewers are already using it.

Thanks for your contributions to my sandbox, but I had a concern, is the appearances section really that necessary? I mean the first section already summarizes the details about their plot and history, plus the sources are lacking (I don't wanna rely on Valnet sources that much). Do you think a simple bulleted list would work for appearances. Kazama16 (talk) 09:30, 23 March 2026 (UTC)

I understand it might seem gruelling but the MOS for characters would require an appearance section as to show their use and evolution over time, and a bulleted list, whilst time-saving, wouldn't be as adequate as a written prose. Just saying that they first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3 doesn't reflect on their usage after the fact, especially considering you have mentioned some of their other appearances in both the concept and reception sections. A basic description on their roles and functions in their major appearances (both video games and other media) should suffice, that is why I divided their appearances between major and minor appearances in the section, to at least get their best appearances down (and if their minor ones don't have the sourcing you can just skip them). If I have to be completely honest, I don't think the article is ready just yet as I feel it would need a bit more stronger reception coverage. I think the website sources are good but somewhat stretched out. The papers on the other hand I am not sure whether can be used or not. I have asked some other editors on whether they can and I will get back to you on them. Don't get me wrong, I think you have done well here, I just think it needs a bit more.
