Grant Abraham moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Grant Abraham. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. MediaKyle (talk) 21:23, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
- You are right; thanks. Good actions only (talk) 21:29, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
Abbotsford, British Columbia
Hello. Your recent edit to Abbotsford, British Columbia appears to have added a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. --Magnolia677 (talk) 21:53, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
- Yea i just figured a politician would count as some on there don't have articles and just have a citation so i thought i would do the same.
- I'm just trying to help you understand my logic about it all.
- My bad i apologize and wont do it again. Good actions only (talk) 21:58, 23 February 2026 (UTC)

Congrats and thank you for creating this page.. I have moved the page title to "List of incidents in youth detention center in Quebec" because I feel it is more suitable for the title, however, you can revert if I'm wrong. Thank you

Uncle Bash007 (talk) 18:42, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Uncle Bash007: thank you very much however "List of incidents in youth detention center in Quebec" is not grammatically correct it should have an "s" at the end of the word "center" Good actions only (talk) 18:46, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
- yeah.. I though it's only one center that was why I didn't add the 's' Uncle Bash007 (talk) 18:48, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
- it covers all of them as a whole if it was just one then it would be named something like "list of incidents in [name of building]" but realistically if it was just one it would go in to the article of the specific place. Good actions only (talk) 18:54, 27 February 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for your work on this article. Please add more sources and footnotes to back up each claim with a reliable source. Please also establish notability as per WP:GNG. Declined speedy deletion: Frank Schuster (footballer)
Hi there! I wanted to let you know that I have declined your A7 speedy deletion nomination of Frank Schuster (footballer) because, as a professional athlete, Schuster has a credible claim to significance, which is a lower standard than notability. If you do not think Schuster meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines, feel free to nominate for deletion at Articles for Deletion. Thank you! Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 21:39, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
- Just a question, though: I thought it went based off the article content and what it does have rather than the potential it could be because, well, some pages I have made have been put up for deletion based on its current status. That article has been up since 2011, and it has six words and an external link, so I would think that it fails WP:GNG.
- If I am wrong, I could definitely use some clarification.
- Thanks. Good actions only 21:56, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
- A7 speedy deletion
applies to any article about a real person [...] that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant [...]. This is distinct from verifiability and reliability of sources, and is a lower standard than notability.
- Others may interpret this differently, but to me, this means that if the claim made in the article is a) credible and b) could be used to establish notability, then the article does not qualify for A7. In this case, professional athletes would fall under WP:NSPORT, meaning (to me) that it is possible for this person to be notable as a professional athlete. This would be different than, say, an article such as this about a high school athlete. Our notability guidelines do not coverage high school athletes and thus, a poorly sourced article about a high school athlete would qualify for A7.
- I hope this makes sense. Let me know if you have follow-up questions. Take care, Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 22:05, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
