Official Match Post of 2024 Chinese FA Super Cup
| Description |
Official match poster of 2024 Chinese FA Super Cup. The post art copyright is believed to belong to CFA. |
|---|---|
| Source |
https://q0.itc.cn/q_70/images03/20240221/04e3429dfa4747289da6ab93b99cc86f.jpeg |
| Article | |
| Portion used |
The entire poster. Because the image is a post, a form of product packaging, the entire image is needed to identify the product, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image. |
| Low resolution? |
The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original post. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork. |
| Purpose of use |
Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as poster art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the work in question. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original work, namely the post creator's ability to provide poster design services and in turn marketing poster to the public. |
| Replaceable? |
As a Poster, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the packaging of the book would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary. Using a different image in the infobox would be misleading as to the identity of the work. Any derivative work based upon the cover art would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible. |
| Other information |
The use of the poster will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the poster. |

Comment: Can you please comment on why the update is needed, the article already features the cover of a past issue of the magazine. Best, Squawk7700 (talk) 09:07, 19 August 2026 (UTC)
- Hiya, So I work for TWS Group the publisher of Shooting Times and other titles like Field sports Journal and Gundog Journal etc..
- I've been tasked with updating the covers of our titles for something more modern from the people above me. I'm currently in the process of gaining enough edits to do this myself in the future.
- Whilst your correct it's the shooting times cover we as the publisher need it to be more current to stay on brand. I need to update the portfolio of all TWS Group titles going forward.
